GODSENT have sent FlipSid3 to the lower bracket after two maps (Cobblestone 16-3, Inferno 16-13) in the upper bracket quarter-finals, while Dobry&Gaming managed to complete an upset over Natus Vincere after a three-map series (Overpass 11-16, Mirage 16-9, Train 19-17).
The second half of the upper bracket quarter-finals saw FlipSid3 taking on GODSENT, while Natus Vincere and Dobry&Gaming were playing their match simultaneously.
The former match-up started with the Swedes delivering a massive blow to FlipSid3 - who were playing their LAN debut with Jan "wayLander" Rahkonen -, as they took a decisive 12 rounds on the Terrorist side of Cobblestone (F3's pick) and closed it out with four in a row after switching over to Counter-Terrorists.
Lekr0 and znajder put up great performances to defeat FlipSid3
At the beginning of the second map, which was Inferno (GODSENT's pick), the Swedes picked up where they left off and took 11 rounds as CT. That time around it took them much longer to finish off their opponents, as the Georgi "WorldEdit" Yaskin-powered squad fought back, but GODSENT eventually did just that at 16-13, 2-0.

On the other side Natus Vincere had surprising trouble with the former CSGOLounge side. Dobry&Gaming kicked it off by taking five rounds to nil as Terrorists on Overpass, but Natus Vincere took over from there on to get a solid nine rounds in the half.
The Poles won the other pistol, but a quick reply from Null element's team in the following round meant they would maintain control over the map which they eventually won at 16-11.
On Mirage, the first half went back and forth until Dobry&Gaming got away with seven rounds as CT. Their offence proved to be much better than Natus Vincere's, however, as the only round the CIS-based picked up was due to Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács's triple, while the Poles even won rounds such as a 1v3 from Mikołaj "mouz" Karolewski, picking up a victory on map two at 16-9.
innocent led the way in the upset
Train was a similar story to Overpass towards the beginning, as Na`Vi had to bring it back from an 0-4 deficit into a 9-6 half as Counter-Terrorists. After taking the game to a 14-7 scoreline, the Ukraine-based squad couldn't find a way past Dobry&Gaming's defences however, as especially Grzegorz "SZPERO" Dziamałek delivered important frags to rack up multiple rounds in a row.
The deciding map ended up going to overtime, as Na`Vi could concoct one of the remaining nine rounds. However, the Poles managed to complete the comeback by winning two rounds on each half, sending Natus Vincere to the lower bracket at 19-17.
